Students at the GEO Department schedule their own VLBI experiment AUA047

As part of the lecture on space geodetic techniques, students at the GEO Department had to schedule their own VLBI experiment with the Australian telescopes Hobart, Yarragadee, and Katherine. One of the schedules was picked and will actually be observed starting on Tuesday, 4 December 2018, at 17:30 UTC with a duration of 24 hours. Many thanks to our colleagues at the University of Tasmania for providing this unique chance!

Please watch the observations at IVS-Live (by the University of Bordeaux): ivslive.obs.u-bordeaux1.fr/index.php
